Details:
- We will be trading Halloween candy for free dental exams for kids as well as tickets to win an iPad Mini.
- 1 ticket per cup of candy
- Prize draw will be held November 30th
- 1st prize: Apple iPad Mini, 16G
- 2nd prize: Gift basket of toys from Toy Box
- New patients will receive a complimentary dental examination when a dental appointment is scheduled
- Existing patients will also receive a complimentary dental examination at their next scheduled appointment
- Complimentary dental exams must be scheduled and claimed by December 31st, 2013
