Dr Iwugami is the best dentist in town.

We drive in from Coquitlam for this dentist! They have been good at educating and working on my reluctant children.
Tvs on the ceiling helps a lot and the hygienists are particularly good with kids.
After searching for a great dentist, for what seems like a lifetime, this is the only place I can recommend. And I have gone through a few with a fair amount of distrust and disappointment.
Everyone from dentist to hygienist to reception is professional, skilled, compassionate, and calming, especially during these strangest of times with Covid-19.

Dr. Robin Mak and Dr. Iwagami are the best dentists in Vancouver. They’re very friendly, professional and diligent. They are also great with kids…..we’ve been with them for the last 12 years. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hygienists are professional and gentle. Highly recommended

This dental clinic is one of the best I have ever found! I adore all of their staff, each one is kind and thoughtful (front desk to the doctors) and do everything to help you feel comfortable. This is an amazing dental clinic. I have been three times over the past month for a cleaning and filling repair and every person in this clinic has been amazing. From Kim at the front desk to my hygienist to the doctor and dental assistant, everyone is at the top of their game and I actually had fun at my appointments. I never waited longer than 5 minutes and my claims were issued immediately, so I was always refunded by my insurance the day after my appointment. My filling repair was very quick, painless and I had no pain that day or afterwards. This is an honest and straightforward clinic and I feel as though I’ve been treated very well. I will continue to return and am thrilled to have found Kits Family Dental!!

I have been going to Kits Family Dental over the past year or so with a referral from a friend to see Dr. Lu. Although I am an adult, I have had quite significant dental anxiety since childhood. When Dr Lu suggested a mouth guard for me, I was very nervous at first about having a mould taken–but she made me feel reassured and told me all about the process and how it would work.
Today, I had my appointment to have the mould taken of my mouth, and a dental hygienist (Colleen, I think her name was) was SO exceptional at making me less anxious. She was so gentle, explained each step in the process, and assured me that her and Dr. Lu had connected about my unique concerns with the procedure. I can’t say enough good things about them both and I am so thankful Colleen was my dental hygienist today.
The staff is amazing, from the front desk to the dentist and everyone in between! Very welcoming and comfortable environment. Recommend to everyone, especially families w young children.

This place is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great dentists! They are gentle with your gums and teeth. They have a good appointment reminder system (email/text). The place is very kid friendly and they have tvs mounted to the ceiling. You can just kick back and relax!

Dr. Mak and Kits Family Dental has been my dental office since 2011 and I love them! The clinic is very well organised with app’t scheduling, they always run on time and their office is bright and modern and with the friendly staff. I was terrified to get more fillings and every time I see Dr.Mak I marvel at how I don’t feel the needle and build the experience up to be something it is not at all. Never thought I would look forward to seeing my dentist. Thanks Dr. Mak! PS: I accidentally booked my twins dental check ups during their sports day and we missed their app’t. Last year our youngest son needed some major dental work. Our insurance did not cover theĀ anesthesiologists and the quote was very unfriendly to our budget.
