Growing up with orthodontic braces for a full decade, Lisa decided to embrace the dental office as her second home and inevitably developed an interest and love for the field of dentistry. Eager to welcome others into a similarly friendly/warm and educational healthcare environment, she completed the Dental Reception Coordinator program at VCC and is now happily committed to assisting patients with all their insurance claim paperwork and inquiries.
Despite her calm and quiet demeanor, once you get to know Lisa you will find that she has a great love for laughter and food. If not burning the kitchen down with her poor attempts at baking, she can be seen smuggling cookies into her pockets as per proper snacking etiquette, but will always remember to brush and floss before bedtime! She also frequently dispenses bad puns that make even onions cry, which is why she is thankful for such gracious coworkers and patients patient enough to humour her with their smiles and giggles.
