Our office and operatories are well-lit and equipped with comfy chairs and TVs – we play DVDs to make your visit more enjoyable; you can bring your favourite movie or cartoon to watch on our Blu-Ray player if you want! We also have basic cable so you can watch your favourite soaps, the news, and even Canucks games!

Office Hours

We now also occupy suite 207! Our dentist office is open at least one Saturday per month (except June, July, August, no Saturdays). We also have early morning and evening slots. See the Contact page for full address and contact information for both suites.

Office Policies

What is the cancellation policy?

Our team at Kits Family Dental values your time, so we work to stay on schedule so that no patient needs to wait past their scheduled appointment time.

Should you need to re-schedule your appointment, we require 2 days’ notice, which will allow us to offer your spot to another patient.

We do understand that illness & emergencies do happen. In these cases we would appreciate it if you would give us as much notice as possible.

Should you miss more than 1 appointment with fewer than 2 days’ notice, a $75 missed appointment fee will be charged to your account.

Is your office still accepting new patients?

Yes, we are accepting new patients. We really appreciate it when our current patients refer their friends and family to come see us.

Do you have a referral program if I bring my friends or family?

Yes! To show our appreciation, we offer gift cards for each person referred to our office.

Do you have flexible payment options?

Yes, we accept cash, debit, cheque, VISA, and MasterCard.
