Hi! We have put together this post in the hopes that this will give people a good overview and ‘feel’ for our our office. Kits Family Dental is a Vancouver BC dental clinic located on West Broadway (near Arbutus) in Kitsilano. (Right across from London Drugs) Find out about parking for our clinic on our Contact page.
Team
Our team of dentists includes Dr. Robin Mak who is the principle dentist here. Dr. Mak was born and raised in Vancouver and she graduated from UBC’s Faculty of Dentistry in 2006. Interestingly, Robin’s father was also a dentist!
Also at the clinic is Dr. Sakura Iwagami also raised on the Lower Mainland.
Child & Family Dental Clinic Vancouver
Kits Family Dental serves all ages of patients and has a focus on kids and family dentistry.
Our office is very experienced working with children and we take care to put in the little extra effort that can really make a child’s visit much more positive.
We have video proof! Hop over to our Youtube channel, our video on A Two Year Old’s Visit With the Dentist has over 35,000 views. Our video on Kids Fillings has over 22,000 views, both videos feature our very own Robin Mak and she is even singing to the child while the freezing is put in.
Hours
On certain days we open at 8am and close at 7pm and we do offer Saturday appointments some weeks. See our Contact page for specific our specific operating hours.
Procedures
We do offer most of the standard dentistry procedures such as cleanings and filling. We also offer laser dentistry, conscious sedation, teeth whitening, root canals, oral cancer screening using a VELscope, wisdom tooth extraction, implants, bridges, dentures, night guards for teeth grinding and kids mouth guards for sports.
